Connecting Your Forms

Every form on this site (contact, newsletter signup, prayer requests) points to a placeholder Formspree URL. To make them work:

  1. Create a free account at formspree.io.
  2. Create one form per purpose (or reuse one form for all — your choice), and copy each form's endpoint URL.
  3. In each HTML file, find action="https://formspree.io/f/YOUR_FORM_ID" and replace YOUR_FORM_ID with your real form ID.
  4. Submissions will land in your Formspree dashboard and be emailed to you.
